Well the title says it all really! Haha ;-)
Well summers right around the corner and everyone's goal is to get nice and toned for the beach right??
So since Monday I've being eating healthy and going to the gym, even making a trip to Zumba! Aw I love it...but oh my god I am exhausted!!!
At the moment I'm sitting down watching Britain's Got Talent, first time I've properly sat down and watched tv all week!
The other week while I was on tumblr I came across this fitness blog, and that gave me the motivation to get up and do something. So, I took down some workouts and I've been doing them at the gym and there really good. Sarah and I went to the gym on monday and we did one, we couldn't believe when we were sore all over the next day!!
If your looking for motivation and tips I'd definitely go look on tumblr I couldn't believe how much good stuff they had on there also YouTube have some good fitness videos! Lauren Conrad posted a blog similar to this on her website the other day on what she does, so go check that out because she gives tips from her own personal trainer!
If you guys have any tips please comment below I'd love to see them!
